About the Author

Ron Delaplaya, is an author, publisher, and retired Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Manager with over 30 years of experience. Mr. Delaplaya worked as a Controller, Instructor, Supervisor, Training Manager, Assistant Manager and Facility Manager at Air Traffic Control Towers, Approach Controls, and Enroute RADAR facilities.
